Good Bye for now
First night in Puerto Rico, I couldn't sleep a wink! The humidity was something new for me, my hair was a fro and I ran around in my underwear or swim suit most of the time. I took this picture at 3 am while I was bored in my room unable to sleep from the time change. 
Unfortunately, I will return home without a tan! Oh the pain of being a whitey;(

Emma Loo buried
On my anniversary Nellie took me on a romantic stroll with palm trees and the ocean surrounding us. Happy three years Scott-I misssed you!
After the beach we did music lessons with Emma. It took an unexpected turn... I shouldn't have picked up those murracas! freaky-
boogie boardn' with a bunch of teenaged boys. I sure stood out, but it was so fun! 
I wish I would've brought my camera to the bioluminescent bay we went to. At night you kayak through a creepy skinny water trail that has overhanging branches to get to the bay. I pretended like it was the Amazon. Movement activates the little planktons causing it to glow in the dark. It looks like fire when you put your hand in it and glitters when you drip it down your skin. Though the tour guide didn't see our natural abilities, Nellie and I are pro kayakers.... It was so fun. We were laughing the whole time, dripping the glittery water all over our heads, faces, arms legs etc. It was the best night I've had in a long time. It is something you have got to see if you're around one of the 5 locations in the world that has this Magical water! 
Everyone stared at us, probably because we are so white with pink sunburns! Nellie's kids especially stand out with their blonde hair and blue eyes.

Most people who know my cousin think she is reserved, sweet, sporty, and smart. True, but...What most people don't know is that she is super duper funny and a spaz! A SUPER SPAZ! I laughed so much this week my abs are like a rock under my belly roll. Though I missed Scott, I had so much fun with my cuz and her babies! Thanks Nellie for taking me around and thanks Scott for working so hard while I played in the sun!

I'm so glad you've had a wild, crazy, colorful, sunburned, musical vacation with Nellie. Tomorrow I'll be heading out to frozen Minnesota while you're coming home from tropical Puerto Rico. See you next week! Love ya, Sandra/Mom H
